Do you accept insurance?

We accept most major medical insurance plans including BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Humana for medical dermatology visits (acne, eczema, skin cancer screening, etc). Cosmetic services such as Botox, fillers and laser are paid out of pocket and not covered by insurance.

How soon can I get an appointment?

How often should I get a skin cancer screening?

The American Academy of Dermatology recommends an annual full-body skin exam for adults, especially in sunny climates like Austin. Higher-risk patients (personal or family history of skin cancer, many moles, fair skin) may need screening every 6 months.

Will Botox make me look frozen or unnatural?

Not when injected by an experienced board-certified dermatologist. We use conservative, anatomy-based dosing tailored to your facial expressions. The goal is to look refreshed and rested, not frozen. We will discuss your expectations during consultation.

Do you treat children?

Yes. Our pediatric dermatology service treats infants, children and teens for conditions such as eczema, warts, molluscum contagiosum, birthmarks, and teen acne. We have a kid-friendly clinic and parents are welcome in the exam room.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), HSA/FSA cards, and CareCredit financing for cosmetic procedures. Co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service.
